The quest for quality has helped the company to obtain certificates of recognition from BVQI for ISO 9001 in the year 1998, QS 9000 in the year 2001 and ISO 14001 in the year 2002. Quality measures are woven into each and every aspect of activity at INEL with the firm principle that the customer should be provided with the best solution.

In the present environment where QUALITY is no longer an option but a basic requirement, INEL is committed to this principle and works on a mode that quality is inbuilt in every phase of manufacture. The company's QA measures stand on the foundation of a solid belief that quality begins and ends with the customer. Continuous upgradation of quality standards, constant vigil on the quality standards set by customers and periodical review of PPM levels and progressing towards 'Zero defect' are some of the activities pursued by the operating level as well as the management team.
